Prices are quoted in Euros per week. They include welcome Champagne, airport transfers, free access to the fitness centre and Wireless connection in Suite.

Minimum Stay

7 nights over the Winter Season

10 nights over Christmas/ New Year's Eve period

Confirmation of Reservation

Full prepayment is required for all reservations

Cancellation policy

The deposit is refundable (less 3% fee) if a written cancellation is made at least:

90 days prior to arrival over Christmas/ New Year's Eve season
30 days prior to arrival for all other seasons

If cancellation are made out of these periods, the full deposit will be forfeited, as well as in case of No-Show, late arrival or ealy departure.

Check-in time 03.00pm – Check-out time 12.00pm noon

Cash, traveller checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.

All law suits will be referred to the Court of Basse Terre which will be the only Court of competent juridiction.

We strongly recommend to subscribe insurance in order to cover the cancellation penalties.

Local City tax

From January 1st, 2008, a 5% city tax is due upon check out.
