The above rates are quoted in EUROS, per night, for 1 or 2 people (in our one-bedroom Suite or Junior Spa Suite), for 2 or 4 people (in our two bedroom Suite) and for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people (in our Royale Suite) inclusive of French Continental breakfast served only in your Suite, round trip airport transfers, free access to our fitness center, complimentary Wifi Internet access and service.
A supplement of 100 euros/night (over 10 years old) for a 3rd person sharing (in our one-bedroom suite & Junior Spa suite) or for a 5th person (in a 2 bedroom suite) will be requested. It includes Continental breakfast, round trip airport transfers, free access to our fitness center, complimentary Wifi Internet access and service.
Minimum stay is:
- 3 nights over Summer and Winter season (from May 1 to August 31, 2010 inc. and from January 3 to March 31, 2011 included).
- 10 nights over Christmas and New Year’s Eve (from December 20, 2010 to January 2, 2011 included).
- No minimum stay over Reopening (November 5 to December 19, 2010 included)
Confirmation of reservation
To secure a booking, we require:
- A 3 night deposit over Summer and Winter seasons (from May 1 to August 31, 2010 inc. and from January 3 to March 31, 2011 included).
- A 10 night deposit over Christmas/New Year’s Eve (from December 20, 2010 to January 2, 2011 included). The remaining balance is due by September 20, 2010 the latest.
Cancellation policy
Deposit is refundable (less a 3% mandatory cancellation fee) if the reservation is cancelled (written cancellation notice is mandatory) no later than:
· 90 days prior to arrival over Christmas/New Year’s Eve period,
· 30 days prior to arrival over Winter season,
· 15 days prior to arrival over Summer and Reopening seasons.
Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods as well as in case of no-show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited.
We strongly recommend a travel insurance policy in case of a cancellation.
Local government tax
From January 1, 2008, a 5% local tax per night and per suite is charged upon check-out.

Cash, travellers checks, credits card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.
All law suits will be referred to the Court of Basse-Terre which will be the only Court of competent jurisdiction.
Annual closing: Please note that our annual closing will be from May 1 to November 5, 2010 included (except for the Royal Suite and the Villa Golden Reef)
