A supplement of 100 euros/night for a 3^rd person sharing (in the One-bedroom Suite & Junior Spa Suite) or for a 5^th person (in a Two Bedroom Suite) will be requested. It includes Continental breakfast, round trip airport transfers, free access to the fitness centre, complimentary Wifi Internet access .

Minimum stay is:

• No minimum stay over Reopening, Spring and Summer Seasons
• 3 nights over Winter Season
• 10 nights over Christmas and New Year’s Eve Season

Confirmation of reservation

To secure a booking, we require:

• A 30% deposit over Reopening, Spring and Summer Seasons
• A 3 night deposit over Winter Season
• Full prepayment over Christmas/New Year’s Eve Period

Cancellation policy

Deposit is refundable (less a 3%  cancellation fee) if the reservation is cancelled (written cancellation notice is mandatory) no later than:

• 15 days prior to arrival over Reopening, Spring and Summer Seasons
• 30 days prior to arrival over Winter Season
• 90 days prior to arrival over Christmas/New Year’s Eve Period

Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods as well as in case of no-show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited.

We strongly recommend a travel insurance policy in case of a cancellation.

Local government tax

From January 1st, 2008, a 5% local tax per night and per suite is charged upon check-out.

Cash, travellers checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.

All law suits will be referred to the Court of Basse-Terre which will be the only Court of competent jurisdiction.

We do have one room for handicap person available in the Royale suite with a direct access from outside. The substructure on the hotel gives you the access to our reception area, bar, and restaurant, but not to our boutique spa unfortunately (stairs access only), but the spa team will be happy to assist you and can still make treatments in your room. Our reception team is at your disposal for any further information.
